HB 913
Milestone Structural Inspections (F.S. 553.899)
Condominium and cooperative buildings of three or more habitable stories are generally subject to milestone structural inspections once they reach a set age. Because much of this county lies within three miles of the coastline, the statute applies a 25-year building-age threshold here (30 years farther inland), then recurring inspections.
